Novoletna Srbija – program

Day 2: December 30, 2025

After breakfast, we will drive to the city on the opposite bank of the Danube and learn about the life and work of Mihajlo Pupin, a world-famous inventor who, through his fame and connections after World War I, made a decisive contribution to preserving some Slovenian territories during the new state demarcations. The route will then take us south, where we will cross the Danube again and visit the 15th-century fortress in Smederevo, which played an extremely important role in history due to its strategic location. We will stay in Smederevo for a while; after visiting the fortress, we will have lunch featuring typical fish dishes, and later visit the local Crow brewery to taste their beer.

Pot nas bo nato vodila do vasi Barajevo, kjer bomo obiskali lokalnega lončarja, ki izdeluje značilno srbsko keramiko. V “Grnčariji Minčić” si bomo ogledali izdelavo glinenih izdelkov, po želji se boste v tej spretnosti lahko preizkusili tudi sami. Dan bomo zaključili v Hotelu Sučević, kjer bomo najprej imeli degustacijo različnih vrst žganja, ob večerju pa bo poskrbljeno tudi za živo glasbo. Prenočevanje v Hotelu Sučević.
